Everyone knows that “love is the answer” and would love to "drown in the sea of love," but nobody seems to get quite enough of it. That’s because – until now – we’ve done a terribly poor job of teaching exactly how to love and be loved.

We say, “Be kind. Be patient. You’ll know it when you feel it,” and leave it at that.

Feelings Matter

If you want to know what makes life good, look to feelings. Everything you crave in live – love, peace, joy, hope, happiness, pleasure, relief, satisfaction – are feelings. Everything else – money, relationships, toys, careers – is just a tool to secure those feelings.

Feelings motivate your actions – and inaction – by rewarding or deterring you - and thus control your destiny, for better or worse.
