Love Matters!

Everyone knows that “love is the answer” and would love to "drown in the sea of love," but nobody seems to get quite enough of it. That’s because – until now – we’ve done a terribly poor job of teaching exactly how to love and be loved.

We say, “Be kind. Be patient. You’ll know it when you feel it,” and leave it at that.

Feelings Matter

If you want to know what makes life good, look to feelings. Everything you crave in live – love, peace, joy, hope, happiness, pleasure, relief, satisfaction – are feelings. Everything else – money, relationships, toys, careers – is just a tool to secure those feelings.

Feelings motivate your actions – and inaction – by rewarding or deterring you - and thus control your destiny, for better or worse.

Feelings also have a dark side. Fear, worry, discouragement, anxiety, anger, hatred, discomfort and others crush your happiness, create conflict in your relationships, and paralyze your potential.

Identity Matters

How you see yourself – your worth, personality, abilities, and your core – influences your quality of life more than any other concept, so it’s worth your time to give it a tune up!

The good news is that your sense of identity is flawed and your true identity is much, much better than your limited sense of identity. Spirituality Matters!
