This Nine-Foot-Tall Santa, complete with sleigh and five reindeer (okay, so they're mule deer, but those are real antlers and Rudolph has a red Christmas-tree-light nose) began as a chore. After two feet of new snow came down a few days before Christmas, Shaun wondered if he could just roll snowballs instead of shoveling the driveway. Answer: sure, but the driveway will turn to ice.
Before long, family, neighbors, and friends joined in to create this holiday scene. Just goes to show what can happen when you take a new approach to an old task.
